Our Story
So you want to know how it all began? On a day like any other--amidst cooking and laundry-- I came across a pair of pants that needed some fabric paint and creativity. A few artfully placed butterflies and flowers led to hours of fun with my twin girls as we painted designs on as many t-shirts as we could get our hands on. The combination of paint and preschoolers provided many teaching opportunities! Needless to say, the last shirt of the day became the first B*Kindwear shirt. Soon after, with my husband’s encouragement and support, the B*Kindwear Clothing Company was born.
Like most moms, I want my children to show kindness to each other and to people around them. But often, negative messages compete for their attention, undermining all my efforts. That is why our primary mission at B*Kindwear is to provide a positive message, while offering beautiful, comfortable clothing. And to encourage others to B*Kind, we plan to donate 10% of our earnings to various charities.
